Iranian Journal of Nutrition Sciences and Food Technology is a peer-reviewed quarterly journal published, starting in 2004, by National Nutrition and Food Technology Research Institute and Faculty of Nutrition Sciences and Food Technology of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and Health Services, in collaboration with Iranian Nutrition Society. The aim of IJNSFT is to expand, stimulate and improve research in the field of nutrition and food sciences, disseminate research findings, increase the current knowledge and develop new scientific borders in the related fields.
