    Department of Basic Sciences



The basic design of educational curriculum incorporates a three semester academic program. The approach underlying the sequence of courses is to develop an understanding of the nature of the nutrition sciences and food technology in general, and then to study and analyze various aspects of the operation and performance of that sciences in detail. Courses in pure sciences have been designed to provide the basic knowledge required to understand and analyze the operation of nutrition sciences and food technology.
